Twice Is Nice

Review: After purchasing clothing from this business for a few years, I decided to consign with them. I had been warned about how poorly they treat people, and have experienced it when purchasing things, but I still wanted to try. I also consigned at 2 other local consignment places. I gave this business our best, almost new clothes. Brand name, almost never worn. I gave them the cream of the crop because they are quite nasty and frankly I was scared. I gave the other two shops the rest. At the time of collection the short darker haired woman lied and said she took 5 or 6 items when I knew about double that was missing from my donation. But it got worse. I have not seen my things remaining in the store and I've only accumulated about 7 dollars credit! Then when I contacted the two other businesses, I had almost 30 dollars credit at each and they had far less of my items and lesser quality. I sat on this a while and then began to ask around. I found out many other woman have had similar experiences. I truly believe these women are ripping people off. They take items, there is no record of it, and they sell it at their own profit. The seller has no record and is at their mercy. To not even find any of my things on the racks or in the store, says my items have been sold. So many mothers have had similar experience and when they've spoken to them they get told they "gave their stuff to charity". I really hope this business is investigated. These women are bad news.Desired Settlement: I would like for these women to have to end this corrupt way of doing business. They are taking advantage of people and are gaining profit.
