The system will not let me respond I get errors when I hit proceed I don’t agree for the following reasons The response is not factual Only of us inspected the car, myself, Max and Andy Andy took pictures of the bumper and tail light damages The manager of [redacted] went out afterward to inspect the car after I went inside and informed him of the incident Another omitted fact is Andy informed me Max was a substitute driver and both admitted to the damage to the bumper and tail light that eveningMost bothersome is Twilight denied the incident occurred after they found out the cost of the damage That is when all the credibility and dishonesty of the company beganIt was not until the manager at [redacted] informed Twilight that the incident was recorded and they watched the surveillance camera did they again admit to damaging my vehicle Anthony, From Twilight told me to get one estimate for his Cadillac, and it was faxed directly from [redacted] I never intervened in that process of delivering the estimate There was one estimate sent for all damage (bumper and tail light) on the only estimate provided There was no new charge as the response from Twilight indicated Twilight did agree to pay to repair bumper, but did not agree to pay for the scratched plastic tail lightIt was not broken as they claim it was and I never said it wasIt was scratched or scuffed from the hedgesI offered to bring the car to them so they could see the damage first hand but denied they opportunityTwilight never asked for a 2nd estimate and refused to address the damage to the tail light assemblyI refused to settle for partial payment as I found that to be totally unfair especially that the car was on a few months oldI informed Twilight I wanted payment in full or would take other action I kept [redacted] management inform of all communications I had with Twilight and they informed me not to get upset with them and they would take care of the damages as they did I am very thankful and grateful that the [redacted] Management had the incident recorded and that they are such honest and professional businessmen They took care of the damage settlement immediately and [redacted] another very reputable business, rectified damage to the carThere was no fraud caused or ever intended to be caused The estimate was from a highly reputable business establishment and the dealership did the repairs to my satisfaction on my Caddy The check could have been made out to the ford dealer directly, however Twilight would not agree to settle in fullA second estimate could have been provided but they never asked for one and further, they refused to look at the car to see the damage first hand I have subsequently learned that [redacted] has had other issues with Twilight settling damages caused by their employee’s and [redacted] has relived them of their unprofessional servicesIn closing I am just amazed at how Judy could twist the facts having never personally took the time to investigate and inspect the vehicle damages

On Thursday, May 28th, we received a call from our valet attendant, Max, that upon parking ** *** car, *** *** came running over to him claiming that he backed his car into a bushThe impact was so slight that Max did not know he backed into anything** *** Max, Andy, our other
on-site attendant, and a manager from *** *** closely inspected the back of the car for any damageA very small scratch on the bumper was detected and discussed among the menMax wasn't sure that it hadn't been there previously, since again, he felt no resistance when backing upWe spoke to ** *** and told him that our valet did not believe he backed the car into the bushWe later viewed the surveillance camera where we saw the bush move slightly behind Max as he was backing up We told ** *** to get an estimate for his Cadillac, and he came back with an estimate from *** *** *** *** *** *** On the estimate was a new charge for the complete replacement of a tail light assemblyWe explained to ** *** that we would fix the bumper, but knew nothing about a broken tail lightNothing had been seen or discussed the night of the incident by any of the men scrutinizing the back of the car** *** said the tail light was not broken or cracked, but just scratched and he wanted an entire new assemblyThe charge to replace the entire assembly quoted by the Ford dealer was in the general area of about $600.00. We disputed this charge, asked for a 2nd estimate and offered to repair the bumper if ** *** accepted it as payment in fullAgain, there was nothing seen the night of the incident regarding tail light damage and there were men closely inspecting it. ** *** never answered the question and went straight to the management of *** ***They agreed to pay for the damage and told us to refer ** *** to themI believe he has been compensated for the damage and the incident was resolved to his specifications We deal with fraud on a weekly basis, and found it to be suspect that ** *** wanted a check made out to him (and not the body shop) the very next dayThis is not our policyIt is also suspect that a "new Cadillac" was brought to a *** *** *** for repair, and no 2nd estimate was produced per our request.
