Twilight Photogarphy

Review: We hired [redacted] of Twilight Photography to take photos of our wedding/reception on October 2013. We had to pay her in full before the wedding which we had done. After several phone calls, texts, emails 3-4 months later she finally got back to us with a link to order our photos (which is part of our contract). We finally got the photos on April 12, 2014 and at that exact time she stated that she will have a link to our photo album for us to review, done by the end of that following week which would be April 19th. The photo album is also included in our contract. I waited for a few weeks...until about beginning to mid May when I texted and called her again to find out what's going on. I heard nothing (mind you this is nothing new since she has done this to us since the beginning). Finally on May 17th, 2014 and she happened to be the photographer at the wedding we were at that day, on her way out my husband stopped her and asked her when we can expect to have the album she said by the end of that following week. In the meantime my sister emailed her with what photos she wanted from our wedding and she heard nothing back. So I waited a while and finally had had enough. I texted her on July 1, 2014 and stated that I haven't heard from her despite the numerous texts, emails I have sent and that I wanted to see the link to the album by July 7 and I still haven't heard anything. All I want is what is owed to me..what I paid her for. When this all first started right after the wedding she emailed me and told me I can have the rights to my photos free of charge as a way of apologizing for not contacting me back...I still don't have that either and I do have the email with her stating that. I would NEVER recommend her for her services...she never returns any of your correspondences!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like the album that is owed to us with the photos that we have selected. Also I want the entire wedding with a copyright release free of charge as promised to us in the email!
