On December 26, I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Twin Auto City Used Car dealership in New JerseyThe Dealership gave me a third party Mechanical service contract at the cost of $and a Anti Theft Warranty contract at the cost of $I chose to cancel both Contracts because I don't need them and could no longer afford themOn Monday January 20th, it was the first day I went forward with trying to cancel the contracts to Twin Auto City (which is said to be fully refunded in the Contract attached here within a month)I called over to the [redacted] contract company and they told me Twin Auto City never sent them all the paperwork, and never received any funds from them in the first placeI had the contract voided on March 6th on there end, but everything was still through the Dealership as far as the money and the finalized paper workThey told me to call them and just refund my money back, and The Dealership proceeded to ignore my callsI

on june I purchased a vehicle from twin auto city they have not paid off [redacted] which was my previos car loan and [redacted] reported me to the credited agency damaging my score and are holding me responsible for all unpaid cost twin city is suppose to send a check to [redacted] and they did not

I purchased a vehicle last week at Twin Auto City, and I found that they honored all they promised, the price and services are great

The warranty and registration work takes a whileBut at the end everything promised by the dealership will be honoredThe cars are priced reasonably

I purchased a Outback from this dealer on Dec 16, I paid in full for the vehicle including $for the registration I was provided with a temporary plate but the actual plates have still not been sent/received After several calls and emails to the dealer, he sent an extension letter and asked for additional forms of ID for the registration I provided those as soon as they were requested and I still don't have the plates though each time I call I am told they will be there in a couple of days but they never arriveIt seems to me I am getting the run around

To whom it may concern: we have settled everything with this customer , we gave this customer a check for $500.00 (good will) and the customer signed a release letter, for any further claims against our company, also we refunded customer for cancelled warrany.

the vehicle was sold with an extended warranty, plus we guarantee n.j. state inspection 100% parts and labor , and the vehicle passed n.j. inspection , this vehicle is in sound working condition, in and out or it would not pass inspection, the customer took the vehicle to another dealers service...

department who was trying to sell him all types of maintenance work that the vehicle doesn't need. we are not doing any work to this vehicle , for we do not owe the customer anything. we sold a great car at a great price

I am rejecting this response because:
I totally disagree with Twin Auto City Dealer.Car was sold to me with hidden damage to suspension and speed control sensor and damaged sensor is disabling cruise control. This dealer delivered this car to my address in day of purchase and after I took it for shot ride I find FCD code on dashboard. [redacted] inspected this car and stated that this car was sold to me in pre-existing damage condition and to damaged suspension must be repaired first before replacing damaged FCW sensor. Service Director told me it is long and complicated process to restore speed control sensor. Yes car was sold to me with extended warranty I paid $2500 and also 30 days Dealer warranty and dealer charged me $299 for that. Extended warranty estimator inspected this car and stated the car is in pre-existing damage condition and coverage is rejected. However they told me to return this car to the place where was purchased for repair. Yes I did returned on 8/8/17 [redacted] service delivered this car back to Twin Auto City dealership with detailed list for repair under 30 days warranty. They told me nothing is wrong who this car and nothing will be done. They told me to take my car home because they don't have room. After discussions manager told me they will order parts: speed control sensor, ball joint and agree on repair also on damaged, badly dented front rim. I was calling, messaging, e- mail and nobody ever got back to me. Twin Auto City answers to my complaints is totally disrespectful and way far from true!I have hard evidence to proof that whatever they stated is straight and big lye.Also answer from them it is another evidence for next investigations and Court.Once again thank you very much.Yours very truly.[redacted]
