September 2, 2015Dear [redacted] :In response to the letter dated August 21, in regards to a complaint submitted by [redacted] ***, [redacted] **, Washington, DC ***, HD # [redacted] , this is my position on this matterUpon entering the shop it was noted that the car already had an exhaust leak, per further inspection my mechanic reported that the flex pipe was severely rusted and brokenI have no way of knowing if [redacted] was already aware of the existing problems as [redacted] was not the one that brought her car to us: it was dropped off by another individual,When [redacted] and I spoke gave her the option of repairing it or I could refer her to an Exhaust Shop to weld the flex pipe or she could supply the parts and Twin Beach would install themShe declined all options; she was very upset and belligerent when speaking to me about her vehicleAt that time she demanded a full refund for the inspection that was done to her vehicle, which at that time gave her the full refund of $I feel that Twin Beach Car Care did all that was possible for Customer SatisfactionRegards Hank LOwner

She declined all options; she was very upset and belligerent when speaking to me about her vehicle. At that time she demanded a full refund for the inspection that was done to her vehicle, which at that time gave her the full refund of $85.00.
I feel that Twin Beach Car Care did all that was possible for Customer Satisfaction.
