We did submit exactly what the customer asked in our service report Whirlpool the day we were there. The claims take a few days on their end to process so whether or not Whirlpool can see that yet I cannot answer. Today, April 13th, I did send that exact info to the customers email address we...

had on file. We are trying to solve his problem. When we were out before and the Mrs. was there, we thought we had done and gone through everything. This last visit was basically the same complaints still.  Whirlpool usually will call us if they need anymore information. We also mentioned that the customer can contact Whirlpool and try and get a second opinion company to come out if they have concerns that we are not addressing.I believe all conditions have been met as of this morning to turn this case over to Whirlpool and remove Twin Cities Appliance from the complaint- Thanks Tim [redacted]

The third party warranty is the payor, therefore they get the warranty-  If you need additional parts, they would need to pay for them. This is a simple case of you needing to contact your 3rd party payor who you paid for the warranty. Im sorry that you feel you are in the middle....

Contacting Warrantech is the only next step.     Tim
