We did submit exactly what the customer asked in our service report Whirlpool the day we were thereThe claims take a few days on their end to process so whether or not Whirlpool can see that yet I cannot answerToday, April 13th, I did send that exact info to the customers email address we had on fileWe are trying to solve his problemWhen we were out before and the Mrswas there, we thought we had done and gone through everythingThis last visit was basically the same complaints still Whirlpool usually will call us if they need anymore informationWe also mentioned that the customer can contact Whirlpool and try and get a second opinion company to come out if they have concerns that we are not addressing.I believe all conditions have been met as of this morning to turn this case over to Whirlpool and remove Twin Cities Appliance from the complaint- Thanks Tim [redacted]
