I've attached our Terms of Payment, you may notice a name change as we sold a portion of our business (motorcycle auctions) along with the MidAmerica Auctions name. In researching this issue, if it is the complainant, the only record I have of a vehicle purchase is 3-29-14, over a year ago. The vehicle was sold Prior Salvage which was announced and stated on the Bill of Sale, a copy is available for review upon request. We've been doing late model car auctions for over 15 years and classic and motorcycle auctions for 26 years in the Twin Cities to the public. The only reason a car is not given to a customer is: full payment not received or the customer asks us to check out the vehicle because of our engine and transmission guarantee (see terms). I don't ever recall taking a vehicle back to the office for no specific reason and then do a switch, as I stated we are not a car lot. I need more specifics as I think the customer purchased this at another auction.
