I am rejecting this response because:I was not signed up for a class in 2017, I had only created the account. If their claim is that I was signed up for a specific class, then I would like to see the confirmation of enrollment email as well as a receipt of how I paid for that class. Or are they claiming everyone will have access to the materials by simply creating a log In account? The value paid for a Groupon never expires so I still had funds available to use and the vendor is supposed to honor that as they are paid from Groupon
