James and his crew were very professional and worked with me on everything.
He even stopped talking and listened when I was talking. ( very refreshing ! ) He
explained things well and what little problems did arise, he jumped on them and worked things out with me professionally.
Even the roofing crew was great. They were hard working and showed respect
for me as the home owner.
Great job guys.

TCCR (Jim M[redacted]) hired to install a new roof with the installation of 4 new skylights in Hayward Wisconsin area. After the new roof was installed in Nov. 2015 , I inspected the new roof and skylights and found that the new skylights were in fact not installed and the old ones were in place, the gutter section was never installed, there was an open vent cap and the vents were not replaced. After going back and forth TCCR had to admit that the new skylights were never installed and had to refund me the money for the skylights. Had to make numerous phone calls to get him to come back and complete the job. Never did complete the job. I installed the gutter section myself. In July 2016 TCCR came out and finally finished the open vent cap and 1 vent. Never did complete all the roof vents. Very unprofessional, very unhappy for doing business with this person.
