I am rejecting this response because: I refused to bring the bike back to TCHD because they failed to notice and repair the leak prior to the sale of the bike (according to one of their own staff). Then failed to properly diagnose and repair the bike correctly when I brought it back (according to the repair that was ACTUALLY performed).  Mr. [redacted] provided contradictory statements during this process and continued with inaccurate information in his response to the Attorney General's office. As for the brake repair at no charge, this was noted by the Sales Manager as a missed item that should have been caught.  I had merely asked about a "brake pedal adjustment" when the Sales Manager was in the shop.  It was he who stated that the pads should be replaced.All of this has left me with no faith in the shop or management of Twin Cities Harley Davidson.

the above person started yelling and cussing in my office after I told him I cannot give cash for a gift card and the person that had supposedly told him that four months ago, the customer said, has not been employed by us for over 3 months. after he would not take no for an answer and raising his...

voice and using vulgar language throughout conversation ( and I have two witnesses in the office with me to attest to his actions and language ) I told him to leave. and as he left the premise he slammed my glass door and almost shattered the glass as I saw this I went outside to tell him to relax and never come back if he acts this way. never threatened or anything else, just told to leave the premise and never come back. he never gave me a breath to tell him I would honor the gift card if he purchased something and then gave cash difference but never gave me that option just would interrupt with lough voice. and the customer never spent over 10,000 on the bike he spent exactly 9,000 on the bike as shows on the bill of sale. if any other questions please give me a call anytime or just email whatever you prefer.  thank you, Sean [redacted]General ManagerTwin Cities Harley Davidson

Mr. [redacted] was asked many times to bring bike back to look at and denied such request. Also we took care of some items on the bike as stated by Neil [redacted] at no charge to Mr. [redacted]. I have full faith in my shop as to have safety checked the bike proper and within specs of safety checks.
