unable to get them. If [redacted] had contacted Valerie back she would have been able to explain the situation and discuss it with the customer."

The Twin City Management addressed none of our concerns in regards the lack of service provided by the property management Valerie. We kindly asked them to provide a copy of move out inspection to see how Valerie performed their assessment, but have yet to receive it. Valerie claimed in her email that the assessment of the townhome was fine. If the called to discuss the situation, she never mentioned anything about damages left behind by the renters when [redacted] spoke to her on the phone. The only reason she called [redacted] about was to convince him to continue renew agreement with Twin City Management.
