According to a phone call with the business: "we can no longer give you a new heater. Twin Cities Recreational replaced the heater last year from our own expenses which means that the year warranty from the manufacturer no longer applies. The...

family wasn't charged for this new heater. As for the replaced pool liner, we don't really take old liners, we cut them in to small pieces so that the consumer can throw it away."

The heater was under warranty until June of 2015. We were quoted $450 for the heater. It was on their Quotation #42012652 dated 05/24/2014. The actual amount paid was $491.17 on their service invoice dated 6/3/2014. It was paid with our personal check #17106 dated 6/4/2014. This heater definitely was under warranty when we advised TCR during the fall closing on October 15, 2014 that it was no longer working. TCR advised that the heater would be addressed in the Spring of 2015 when TCR came back for our pool opening.
