We would like to acknowledge that this complaint was not written by the patient himself, it was written by a family member on his behalfSome of the information given in this complaint is and has been addressed with the patient and his family through our continued communications with themThe patient provided us with a letter from his physician that after further discussions between our medical director and staff physician with the patients physician we found that the letter was written with information and incorrect factsWe have been in constant contact with this patient and his family throughout the process speaking multiple times a week, both before and after this complaint was writtenThis complaint states that the patient is on Testosterone which is entirely falseThe medication we offer is custom formulated for each patient, with that said we find it absurd that he would say that we would ask him if he "could sell or transfer it to someone else"We have come to an agreement with the patient on a mutual split and refundWe are saddened that we weren't able to continue treatment with the patient and encourage him to reach out to us if his issues persist

We have spoken with this patient and confirmed with the patient on 12/11/that he picked up his refund from the post office after multiple failed attempts to be delivered on the days priorThe patient has processed the check and the refund process has been completed

Upon review of patients chart, patient met with the physician on 8/14/17. After his consultation patient received a test dose of medication and had a very positive responseThe patient had additional adjustments made to his dosing, the first of which provided a penetrable erection and
better response then received in office, one of which the patient admittedly mis-injected. All medications are prescriptions, custom formulated and custom ordered for the specific patientTherefore we do not provide refunds on patient prescriptions. Although patient signed a contract we will agree to partially refund him for expenses and encourage him to revisit us when ready

This patient elected to receive a test dose of our medication in office after discussing his issues and medical history with our physician. This test resulted in a very positive reaction which lead to the patient electing to purchase a treatment plan with us. The patient was given medication and...

instructions for use and was sent home. We spoke with the patient the same day while in office about the potential of bruising and explained the causes and how to prevent it. He was understanding and still elected to continue treatment. We at the Kansas City Men's Clinic pride our self on being a safe environment for men to talk about their intimacy issues.  We strongly encourage the patient to return to the clinic to further our discussions and continue his treatment plan.

I am rejecting this response because: I didn't elect to purchase any product before I took it home to test, the amount I paid was what they said was required for me to pay and I felt highly pressured under the circumstance. I believe they should only require the patient to pay for the office visit until the product has been tested at home and then the patient should have the option on what they would like to purchase. When I was in the waiting room I was the only one there, now I understand why.
