$500 deposit through our bookkeeping system. When he found what he regarded as a better deal elsewhere, he asked for his money back and got it except for the $100 which seemed like a reasonable amount for talking to him and setting up his file. Had he wished to return, we would have given him credit for the $100.

No the business is mistaken. I am very accurate in my description of what happened. I stated in my complaint that the Attorney I had the only contact with said with his own mouth that they had not did any thing on the file. Instead of him acting in good faith and handling the complaint he passed me off to a supervisor who had no contact with me at all. I stated that I want this type of practice brought to light so that no one else will be done unjustly by these Attorneys. I will do every thing in my power to make sure this information gets out to as many people as possible.
