[redacted] is the worst. His business practices are immoral. The vehicles on his lot are junk. I test drove a car that did not even make it off his lot with shutting off. His vehicle are overpriced along with his in house interest rates. Do not give him any personal info as he will immediately run a credit check and dance around what he is doing with it while talking to you. I though I have seen shady before but he takes the cake. Do your self a favor and just keep driving when considering to stop by his place.

I am rejecting this response because: TwinCity cars is being dishonest no information was falsified at the time of me purchasing the car I was working with that company and living and that address I was fired from the company on the 15th of April 2014 which I am currently receiving unemployment from them because of the car being taken I lost my new job before it was reported to unemployment I also have records of me faxing my updated address verification and new employment to twin city cars before the day in question that the car was taken I was completely in corporation with this company excepting for when I was asked to illegally drive the car on an expired tag to Jacksonville because the dealer refused to release a new tag for me to take the trip. The dealer was given all my updated information that's how he had the location to pick up the car without my knowledge. This dealer is taken advantage of the fact that I am a young customer. The dealer was aware of all aspects of this deal before the car was given to me and I left the lot and now he wants to get away with stealing from me which is unacceptable and something needed to be done. I have records to show time and date of every transaction and documents submitted to this dealer dating back before the deal was finalized as I was told on the 11th April 2014.

[redacted] HAS TAKEN A POSSESSION OF MENTIONED VEHICLE UNDER THE MENTIONED CONDITIONS, ON SATURDAY [redacted] STATED THAT IS GOING TO MIAMI TO CELEBRATE HER UPCOMING BIRTHDAY. UNFORTUNATELY MS [redacted] HAD NO INTENTION ON RETURNING AND WAS PLANING ALL ALONG TO MOVE TO MIAMI PERMANENTLY WITHOUT TELLING TWIN CITY CARS. THE FOLLOWING WEEK WE ATTEMPT TO VERIFY HER EMPLOYMENT BUT WAS STATED BY HER EMPLOYER THAT SHE IS NO LONGER WORKING THERE . WE CONTACTED MS [redacted] AND INFORMED HER THAT SHE HAS TO RETURN TO JACKSONVILLE TO RESTRUCTURE THE LOAN FOR HER AND STATE ALL THE CORRECT INFORMATION ON THE APPLICATION, BUT MS [redacted] REFUSE TO COOPERATE AND THE TONE OF HER VOICE HAS CHANGED AND BECAME AGGRESSIVE, MS [redacted] HAS LEFT US WITH NO OPTION BUT TO PROTECT OUR COLLATERAL. MISS [redacted] HAS DECEIVED TWIN CITY CARS AND STATED FALSE INFORMATION ON THE CREDIT APPLICATION. AS A RESULT THE MENTIONED VEHICLE WAS RECOVERED AND BROUGHT BACK TO TWIN CITY CARS.
THE COST ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECOVERY WAS:
450 RECOVERY FEES.
400 TRANSPORTATION FEES.
COST OF USAGE FOR 2 MONTH AND PUTTING 4000 MILE ON VEHICLE IS $640
TOTAL COMES TO $1490 WHICH IS GREATER THAN THE AMOUNT WAS COLLECTED FROM [redacted].
