He came out within a couple days of the contact to quote the job...which I have to say was a FREE estimate! I spoke to another local who wanted to charge for the estimate...I told them "no thank you". Once I rec'd the VERY REASONABLE quote, I told [redacted] he got the job and scheduled to do the work a short 4 days later...WOW!! His crew was GREAT! They arrived shortly after 9am and worked straight through until 2pm without taking any breaks. One guy doing the outside work, the other inside. It was SNOWING but that didn't hinder any progress...they worked right through it! [redacted]'s crew were friendly and the work they performed was professional and it looks great! I can't say enough on the awesome job that was done. Would absolutely hire them again and recommend to anyone that is looking for an electrical contractor. Awesome job guys!!

I had a Friday nite emergency with a potential electrical house fire. Called TCE with no history with them. Was called back in 45 minutes, inspected early Saturday and fully repaired and upgraded on Monday. Perfect work, solid price, great talented people. Thanks Mike.

Great job from the beginning to the end. Hired Twin City to do a service upgrade and the owner was upfront and honest with the amount of work involved for my situation. Based on my research their prices were comparable and reasonable. I decided to hire Twin City because of the honesty and commitment the owner put forth from the beginning. In addition, his response time from my initial contact was relatively quick considering I filled out their on-line "contact us" section of their website. And he call me back on Sunday to start the process.
The crew was outstanding. They took there time to understand my needs on a pre-existing transfer switch and worked through the process to make sure my needs would be met if I needed the use of that transfer switch. When they were done with the install, they took their time to make sure the new panel was labeled for all of the circuits in the house. Maybe normal practice in the industry, but I liked the extra touch. They cleaned up their work areas great and were very professional.
I would, and have, recommend them to my friends and family.

Knowledgable, friendly, honest, and accommodating sum up Michael Murphy and his business, Twin City Electrical. He does what he says he's going to do, when he says he's going to do it. I needed my electrical service updated in a hurry since my current home is pending a sale. The work was done within a couple of days of first contacting him. His pricing is very reasonable, too! I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone (I've given his name out to several people already). I also plan to use him for some work I will need in my new home after I move.
