Here is an explanation of Ms** ** *** complaint. We have several documents signed by her which clearly show that we we giving her $for her trade and that the payoff on the trade was $7611.72. These documents include the Buyer's Order, the Texas Disclosure of Equity, and the
Retail Installment Contract. We spoke with Ms** ** *** this morning. In discussing the complaint with her she agreed that she was in a hurry the day she bought the vehicle and really didn't read all of the paper work. We agreed in good faith that we will provide her with a year maintenance policy and go over all of the paper workWe have an appointment with her on Thursday (2/10/17).*** W*** General ManagerTwin City Honda Nissan*** ***

Ms*** has a Honda Accord with more than 125,miles. In addition she has mentioned to us that the vehicle has sustained some flood damage in some recent rain storm. The vehicle was towed to us on 3/12/with a complaint that the vehicle would not start. Upon completion of
the battery test it was determined that the battery needed to be replaced. We replaced the battery at no charge to Ms*** as it was still under the part replacement warranty. Ms*** picked up the vehicle, there were no warning lights present, and Ms*** drove off on 3/14/18.On 3/15/Ms*** had the vehicle towed in again. Customer explained that all the dash lights came on and the vehicle diedTechnician found the new battery was nearly drained and that the alternator was not working / charging the battery. The alternator was not covered under any warranty and Ms*** was charged a total of $764.48.An argument can be made that perhaps we should have realized that the bad alternator was the proximate cause of the first battery to have failed; Ms*** would still have been responsible for the alternator repair / replacement. The only incremental cost to Ms*** is the cost of the second tow. I understand the inconvenience factor and will agree to refund Ms*** the second tow bill if she will send me the receipt.*** *** General Manager

Ms *** visited the dealership with her boyfriend on Aug looking for a white Nissan Juke SL with an armrestWe did not have a white one in stock that met her price point so she test drove the silver vehicle we had in stock We did negotiate figures with her subject to our ability to
locate and acquire the white one at another dealership Unfortunately Ms*** left the dealership without agreeing to purchase because they wanted to continue to shop or think about it By time we did hear from her on Sept (weeks later) the specific vehicle we had found at another dealership had already been sold The model/trim level/ color/ and price point that she desires is in very limited supply At this point we can not find one that fits the exact parameters I am able to honor the price negotiated on the silver Juke I have in stock with the exact same trim package but I can not locate a white one with that trim package and price point
