Hello, To follow up from ***'s first complaint and till, she had mentioned about the quality and the professionalism of the cleaners***'s first email and phone conversation, she was aware of the ice pack incident but now she recalls that happeningOur first phone call she denies any of that happening or offering the ice packThen she proceed to say that (Trib- who took the phone call) was calling her a liar [redacted] also stated she did not asked for any phone number but not in your response to this complaint, are admitting all of thatAfter the cleaning, she also did the final walk thru with with one of the cleanerOur policy states and also was mentioned to [redacted] during the first phone call, that both of that cleaners do not need to conduct a walk thruYour complaint was not handled by the same cleaners but our cleaners do let us know exactly what happen before, during and after the cleaning so we're sorry if it feels that wayAs far as your restraining order, that was handled appropriately and we can ensure that Trib or anyone from Twin City Maids had taken those actions [redacted] has also mentioned that Trib or someone that looks like him based on his facebook profile, showed up at her work and was driving by her houseWe can also ensure you that we have better things to do here at Twin City Maids

Good morning,After ***'s cleaning, she had reached out to us about the unsatisfied service she had receivedWe listened to her complaint and followed up with the crew that conducted her cleaningA few of ***'s complaint was; one of the cleaner was on the phone texting her daughter [redacted] had ask the cleaner for a phone number for a Indian wedding planner and the cleaner was texting her daughter for the phone number [redacted] also stated that one of the cleaner was splashing water all over her headThat cleaner had hit her head on the cabinet and [redacted] even offered her an ice pack which the cleaner did not take and put water on her head insteadAfter the cleaning, we make sure the customer(s) conduct a walk thru and give the cleaners the ok to leave, which [redacted] didWe had offered her a discount but she demands a full refund which we will not grant

I am rejecting this response because:
Your quality and professionalism is horrible, worst I have ever seen in businessAll cleaning matters aside, an employee of this company threatens another human beingThis issue with your company outweighs any other issue.There was no final walk through with any one of the two cleaners hereI have submitted pictures of what was left behind from their “work”The male cleaner asked her if things looked good, she stated no! He spent minutes to what she thought cleaning upstairs againClearly upon examination, there was nothing doneYou received the phone call as soon as they leftWhoever handled the complaint did a poor jobTaking days to “resolve” this matter in the eyes of Twin City Maids and calling us liars when we disapprove of the work the company did*** got the phone number she asked for from the woman cleaner; please explain why she sat there for an hour texting thereafterPlease explain why she packed up everything and sat in the car for minutes while the man finished up what we thought was cleaningPlease explain why after all this evidence we have given you about their “cleaning” job, this company continues to deny their work or lack thereof.Final note, we do not think you have better things to do at Twin City Maids; this company will die because of its lack of professionalism and lack of work
