I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I feel I am due something due to the fact that before their change in advertising their information was misleadingBefore their change in advertising we believed we were receiving better product than what we received Regards, [redacted]

After purchasing a pallet from them, we got home to discover over 50% of the items were damaged or defectiveBefore we purchased the products, they had misadvertised the products were "quality products"I called them and spoke to them about itThey agreed to make it rightAfter getting to their now previoud location, I was approached by an employee who had an attitude and being completely rudeI left the location empty handedI feel they took advantage of usWe paid $for a pallet and half the merchandise was worthless

we offered the customer 50% off the next purchase,but the customer refused.we feel as though we have tried very hard to satisfy the customer,as best we can.but as everyone knows you cant please everyone.we have changed the way we advertise on social mediato reflect the fact that some times items may be damaged, we want our customers,to have a great experience and we sell the pallets just as we get them the same wayuntouched straight from the facility to the customer,these are returns,shelf pulls,and overstock.thank you

The complainant says that she read the descriptionIn the description, it clearly said that all pallets are sold and that we did not do any refunds or exchangesWhen you walk into the building there are signs all over saying that all pallets are sold and that buying a pallet is a risk for everyone that buys oneIt also says that pallets are sold on the bottom of all customer receiptsThese pallets are sold the same way that they come out of the truck so we like the customers do not know what is in the pallets or in what condition they are inAs I said earlier there are sighs everywhere that say that we do not do refunds or exchanges so we tried to work something out with the complainant but when she came in she had an attitude and did not want to even hear us out and leftWe feel That we did all we could to work with her and yet she is not satisfied

We as any other pallet store sell pallets the way they come out of the truckAt no point did we miss represent what we were selling in the complaintents own attached files it shows our discription where it clearly says as is and it also says that these pallets are full of returnes overstock and shelf pulls, clearly with the part that it says returnes tells you inherently that there is risk, like I also stated earlier we have signs posted all over the store stating that buying pallets is a risk beacause you will get some deffective items if the complaintent did not read this it is not our fault but we clearly never miss represented what we were selling and we never took advantage of anyone at any pointwe offered her a discount and she didnt want it.At this we consider this matter closed Thank You

The first attached document shows their original descriptionNo where does it show where the products are damaged or defective itemsThe second document shows them misadvertising these products as new or like new.

now previoud location, I was approached by an employee who had an attitude and being completely rude. I left the location empty handed. I feel they took advantage of us. We paid $275 for a pallet and half the merchandise was worthless.

Yes there was an "as-is" on the bottom of the receipt. But they did not properly advertise the quality of the merchandise being sold. No where did they disclose that the products were damaged or defective products. In their information on their page they said "quality" products. This was very misleading. And after going back to their previous location to have the issue resolved I was met by an employee as soon as I walked in who had the attitude. Yes I left mad because they said they were going to fix the problem but only caused more of a problem. I still have the messages that were exchanged if needed.
