On 05/12/and 09/17/customer said he was happy with the service and it wasn't until 11/04/that customer called customer service and said he wanted to cancel service but would not communicate what the issue was with the magazines
He just kept telling the customer service rep to cancelAt that point we also tried to change his subscription from Black Enterprise to another magazine of his choice due to the publisher of black enterprise ceasing publicationHe refused and said he just will not pay his billWe tried to work with MrHobdy but he was unwilling to work with us in any mannerEven though we have done everything we agreed to do with his service, and since he is no longer willing to fulfill his end of the agreement, we have decided to cancel his account with Twin City Readers and we will continue to send the magazines he has already paid for and stop the subscription he has not paid for as of yet

I never agreed to this order in the first place. The order was initiated with an incorrect spelling of my maiden name and the wrong address, with a city that I'm quite certain does not exist in the state of Nebraska. I'm not sure who "verified" this order, but it was not me. I had tried to cancel this order after the notice that the order had been place finally found it's way to me (with the wrong name and address). I was told at that time that I could not cancel it. I thank God that I am freed from this burden. Good riddance!

This customer was behind on the payments he agreed to pay for this service starting April 2015. Customer mailed in a money order that we received on 07/06/2015 and brought his account with us current.
Even though customer agreed to make all of his payments with our company we still honored his request to cancel without hesitation.
