My neighbor (and the neighbor next to him) had his roof done last year (2019) by Twin City Roofing. My wife and I wanted to redo our roof in 2020- our neighbor recommended Twin City Roofing. We called and they did a thorough inspection- Dan, their representative showed us detailed pictures of our roof and what it needed. Our roof had a few particulars and Twin City had a few 'specialists' deal with that. We have an extension and garage and eventually will have them handle that, too.

Never received such prompt, honest and efficient service. dan came on time and repaired our leak and was the nicest person. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their roofing service.

Responsive, communicative (which is always such a plus) and the work was done timely. They say timing is everything and I believe it. Strong customer service and an understanding on how someone wants and should be treated.

Guessing that they get their business is as only as good as the services they provide and how they treat their clients. If only more businesses- that is every business- gets that and walks their talk. I'm also impressed with their request for a follow-up survey- which I usually don't do, but they made this simple, so hey, why not!

This was one of the only roofing companies we talked to that understood what we wanted to do on our roof right off the bat and was able to quickly get us a cost estimate. Their estimate was the exact price that we were charged even though there was some misunderstanding about the amount of insulation we wanted--they provided the insulation level we wanted at the price they originally quoted. The employees were friendly and professional, often working late to make sure our project got done before real winter came. Overall we are extremely impressed with everyone we've interacted with from this company and extremely happy with the amount of snow our roof is retaining this year--no icicles yet, even when every house around us has them!

Twin City Roofing was great at communicating with us and responding to our questions and concerns. They did a great job replacing the roof in our house and garage and used quality materials. Would definitely recommend them to folks out there looking to get a new roof.
