I am very happy with Beaverton Honda, I did have a issue but they took care of it to my satisfaction so would strongly recommend buying from them

On 8/my husband took our Honda Odyssey in for oil change serviceA technician came in to inform my husband that the car had been in an accident when the employee backed the car into another vehicleHe also said, "the other car is much worse than yours." They said they would take care of the damage but couldn't give a rental van on that particular day because they were out, but assured my husband he would hear from the service manager, Andy, later that day
We never heard from Andy and left several messages before our call was returned the following weekMy husband stated that his expectation was that the car be repaired and our car seats replacedAndy said he refused to replace the car seats and insulted my husband on the purchase of seats that would require replacement after "such a minor accident."
The following week our vehicle was repaired and I called Andy myself, offering to send a PDF of our car seat manual that recommends replacement after ANY accident, min

hello I bought a car from Beaverton honda and was asked to sign off on the delivery checklist prior to them going over anything on the car,later the next day asked my salesperson to look at the car with me for better understanding and was told my nephew looked under the hood and he may know more than the dealer

I took my CRV in for an air bag recall and also to have them look at driver side window which fell of the trackThey charged $to "diagnose" the problem saying that amount could be put towards a $repair to replace the regulator and window motorI found the part online for $92.00!!! Does that justify a $labor bill?!?!? I would never even take my car for an oil change to those CROOKS!!
