Failed to provide product as described. After full payment, boat didn't look new. Had cracks and scuffs. Management was truly disrespectful.orst experience of my life dealing with these people Twin County and [redacted] tried to sell me a new boat that looked like it was used. Tell you they are going to detail your boat and it looks like crap. Dirty, and had cracks in a brand new boat. Left it on the lot. When I tried to resolve it, [redacted] says he's been doing this for 30 years. I told him that he had been doing it for 30 years and still couldn't get it f'n right. With that one curse word, he wants to cancel the sale of an $18,000 boat. [redacted] the salesman, lied about the boat being ready for pick-up today it was NOT ready. Also, the guy that is their go to boat guru couldn't even find the aft running light and went to look for it. It was stowed under the bow. He knows nothing about boats in my opinion. From the beginning, they have underwhelmed in every area of expectation.Desired SettlementNew boat as described without scuffs or cracks as discussed and expected when the boat was bought. However, after working together, we both accomplished satisfaction with the beginning of a long positive relationship!Consumer Response The owner of this business contacted me within 3 hours. He and I discussed the situation and once he returned to his business, he looked at the boat and he agreed that it wasn't up to his standards. He made a more than generous offer on another boat and I readily accepted the contract. I picked up the boat yesterday 7/20/2016 and met personally with owner. We had a great transaction and after testing the boat today, I am a very pleased and happy customer. Final Consumer Response
