Thank you for your recent Revdex.com submission (Revdex.com Complaint ID [redacted] ).We truly appreciate our residents and we are here to serveWhile I am ready to assist you in a resolution in the matter of your outstanding energy bill with Twin Creek, I will need documentation from your energy provider that you had service during the months in questionThis documentation was the subject of several follcalls to you in April, as a courtesy to remind you that we would only be able to remove the energy service charge with copies of bills from the energy provider and/or notice of service cancellationAfter repeated attempts to reach you, I never heard back, nor did I ever receive the documentation we discussed We are unable to provide you with deposit fees on behalf of another company, and as you stated, you have already received your deposit back from Ambit EnergyAs soon as you are able to have this documentation faxed or emailed, or when you are able to physically provide it at our Leasing Center, I will be glad to assist and have the charges reversed Best regards and thank you for choosing Twin Creek! I look forward to resolving this issue as soon as we have the necessary documentation

Hello Ms***, thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback, and your tenancy here with us at Twin Creek Apartments. In our renewal offer letter dated 9-03-15, we stated that a 60-day notice would be required for all residents who would not be renewing. We placed
several calls to you that went unanswered, until an email notification on October 31st from our leasing professional. Subsequently, we received your official notice on November 7th. Your lease expired on 12-02-15, which is the reason you incurred MTM charges. Circumstances under which these charges are incurred are explained fully on page of the lease agreement you signed Our office was only informed once that someone had parked in your Preferred Parking spot. That resident was immediately towed per our guidelines. We have no other record of parking violations with your Preferred Parking spot; had we been notified, we would have addressed the issue promptly as we did with the first occurrence. Also Preferred Parking is an additional amenity we offer that can be cancelled at any time by the resident. Finally, we’ve searched our maintenance portal for requests placed during your lease period, and we don’t have any from you.
