After reviewing this move out further we have revised Ms. [redacted]'s move out summary. These revisions...

include:
Unpaid rent - We are changing the charges from 6/1/2015 - 6/30/2015 to 6/1/2015 - 6/14/2015. This changes the amount from $639 to $298.20. The reason for this change is due to a new resident taking occupancy of this apartment on 6/15/2015.
The signed lease agreement dated June 3, 2015 did state a termination date of June 30, 2015. I have attached the first page of this signed lease for your records. However, since Twin Creek Village was able to lease this apartment to new tenants for a move in of June 15, 2015, Ms. [redacted] will only be responsible for the rent up to June 14, 2015.
I have also attached page 7 of your lease which states the following:
Pg 7 # 2: I: "Resident will be charged a minimum of $90 to clean carpet upon move out."
Twin Creek Village only charges the amount that is charged to them for the carpet clean. Our vendor charges us $90 to clean the carpet and that amount is charged to the resident, as stated within the lease agreement.
With these revisions, Ms. [redacted]'s attached move out inspection summary now states she owes Twin Creek Village Apartments a total of $114.64.
