I am rejecting this response because:I would ask that Revdex.com please go to their web site and see if they have a price for an arrival todayThen look at an arrival for tomorrow and you will NOT see anything that tells you that this is a special price for day advance reservation ONLY. I cannot see any pricing other than the one you would look up for a stay one day in advance In my case, we were looking at camp sites the night before we would arrive to see what the price would be so we could make a determination as to whether we would try to get to that camp site or stop earlier at another campsite. We put in the date that we planned to arrive and saw the price...again there was nothing on the site to tell you that this was a reservation price only. The KOA person is not being quite honest with you about our conversation eitherWhen I pointed these things out to her, she told me that she did not need to show that was a special price and if I wanted a today price, I should have called her

this complaint refused to look at the current reservation rates and insisted heshould get rates that he saw prior using the advanced reservation rates. The best example that Ican give is that you look up an advanced reservation rate for an airline, do not make areservation, and then show up at the airport and demand a rate for the advanced reservation youlooked up online but did not reserve, even though it is no longer offered.When we tried to explain this to the guest, he was unresponsive and continued to look up ratesfor later dates trying to get a better rate.Our rates are again posted for real time rates and those are the rates that are honored per ourfranchise agreement.Thank you for your time in this matter.Kim C[redacted]Twin Falls/Jerome KOA
