Dear Ms [redacted] , We are in receipt of the complaint from Ms [redacted] regarding a special of $off her apartmentMs [redacted] leased an apartment home on January 8, At the time she leased our community was running a special offering $off on vacant apartment homes, this special was only offered on leases that moved in by 1/22/and signed at leased a month lease and took a current vacant apartmentOur website had a sunburst that stated vacant apartments $off contact the office for detailsMs [redacted] leased an apartment that is on notice, for months with a move in date of February 1, Ms [redacted] was not quoted this special as it did not apply to her lease When she inquired about this current special I did offer her a vacant apartment with a move in date of 1/22/on a month lease with $off of February, she declined this offerThe Gardens at Twin Hickory did offer to refund Ms [redacted] her application fee as well as her reservation fee in full, she declined.Typically when specials are run they are on select units and long term leases and they can change daily [redacted]

Review: Internet Offer states 1/2 price application fee, $99 reservation fee & $500.00 OFF ALL VACANT APARTMENTS. When I inquire about the offer I am told that the offer does not apply 6 month term leases. The ad does not specify about any lease terms it states $500.00 off on ALL VACANT APARTMENTS.Desired Settlement: I would like to them to honor what their ad states.... $500.00 off on a 6 month lease.
