Review: On 2/1/14 I went to Twin Lakes Laundry to use the self service laundry mat. I spent approximately 15 minutes brining in my laundry and loading it into machines. I spoke to no one. When I was ready to start my machines I had to go to the attendant counter to purchase tokens to make the large machines work.

At first I was ignored by the attendant. Then she yells at me "oh, do you need something?" I responded yes as she made her way to the counter. I asked for what I needed. She interrupted me and continued to yell at me, "I just talk to [redacted] and he told me I could refuse you service whenever I feel like." She then yelled asking me what I needed. I said 3 big machines and a roll of quarters for the other machines. She gets the tokens and throws them on the counter. Takes my credit card and runs it. Throws the card at me. Throws the slip at me. As I'm trying to sign she throws my receipt and a roll of quarters on the counter which did hit me in the hand. She then begins to walk away, yelling at me to never come in there again on her shift because I am an fking bh that is talking st about her. These were the attendants words. I did my laundry and left the establishment without speaking to anyone. I have been doing laundry at this business for the last 4-5 years never having a problem.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is that the attendant be reprimanded in writing. I desire an apology in writing for the way I was treated and also an invitation to use their laundry mat at anytime I wish during regular business hours regardless of what employee they may have working.
