Twin Lakes Marine Repair

My parents took boat here for insurance repair, supposed to put a new outboard on it. Told us they overnighted a brand new one from the factory. Well that one blew up 5 trips out on the water. Took it back, called the factory to ask why it would do that and low and behold, they didnt order one at all.... The owner bought a used one and put it on there and pocketed the insurance money. He wasn't happy when he found out we called the manufacturer and found out he was trying to scam us. So now they had to actually order the new one. We'll see how it goes from there. I would recommend you go ANYWHERE else if you need service. I wouldn't trust these folks with a fishing pole. If I could do a zero star review I would.
