Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It is not clear to me what the offer is Since the reply is written with poor grammar I am not able to understand, what they are willing to doThe response from the business is Myself my husband and ex husband contacted the dealership by phone and in person several timesThe statement about the owner and the mechanic being at my home for fourty five minutes is a blatant lieThe resolution I want is for the dealership to repair the vehicle or trade it for a car of equal value but actually runs correctlyCan the dealer provide a clear answer if they will do either one of those options, with proper English ? December 11th I purchased a car from twin motors llc for 1100, however I tested drove the car before purchasing & seller informed me not to be gone more then or minuteshowever that's now much time to text drive a vehicle so I took it down the road to auto zone where they hooked it up to a machine & informed me there were misfiresdidn't think much of it besides it needed a tune upwhen I got back with the car seller was upset because I was gone minutes or more so I told him I went to my dad shop to have him look at it only saying that because he was at me about being gone for that period of timeI told him there were misfires which he informed me about spark plugs needing to be changed & that wasn't much to fixSo I purchased the car and signed paperworkI live on the other side of town so on my way home the check

Kevin at Twin Motors sold me a 'Chrysler Cirrus on 09/26/I was told that I only had minutes to test drive the car because there is only dealer tag I bought the car then after driving it a couple hours it was out of all the fluids (oil,trans oil,power steering even engine coolant) got broke down called Kevin he said he couldn't do anything about it.On 09/27/I took the car back to the dealer because the car was making a weird noise and acting up also the check engine like came on Kevin got in the car drove around the block and claimed the car was fine it had just been setting up for a while,Kevin put the scanner on the car and said it was my fuel filter which he claimed was only $part I went to buy the part it was double that amount plus labor to put it on,the mechanic that did the work told me I had bought a piece of junk and need my money backNot only was the fuel filter bad but the motor has a bad oil leak and motor going bad as well as the fuel lines and fuel p

door we sales all our cars as is with no warranty all customers has the oportunity to test drive the cars or take it to a mechanic before they purchase the vehicle ms, *** make contac to the sales person car has a check engine light was on the car has problems eather we did not promised nothing on the sales day we make and appointment with a private mechanic *** auto repair to go to her house and check the car the mechanic conect the computer scanner to the car and did have check engine Hight with a thermostat code total cost of $dollars parts and laborMR *** auto repair did drove the car for over minutes and the car was running perfet not over heating or doing nothing wrong *** *** owner of twin motors Ilc was with the mechanic to make sure the mechanic was checking the car correctly and profetional went back to the house after drove the car the son of MS: *** speak with the mechanic and said the car runs very good with eveybody except to him after all of that we make contact to the customer explained what the mechanic and ms: *** son say after that we did not hear nothing from the customer on march 31/we went to the state and register the car on her name and call the same day 03/31/to come by to pick up the plates and registration sticker, around april /15/the son come by to pict it up driving the car he did not mentoion nothin about it we inmagine everything was in good conditionsso we do be best we can to have all our customer happy but some it's times its imposible unfortunately we can not give any money back because we did sold the car with no warranty and the car was running great in very good conditions, by the state of texas all customers sing the buyer guide as is- no warranty and ms *** did sing and buy the car very happy and we did send a mechanic to help but it was nothing to do we apologize for all the inconveniencebut if she wants to trade in the car above mention as a new sales we are going to be very happy to help againg with the diference she is going to have to take the car to a mechanic shop before she pay for the car sincerly TWIN MOTORS LLC

The response from the business is false . Myself my husband and ex husband contacted the dealership by phone and in person several times. The resolution I want is for the dealership to repair the vehicle or trade it for a car of equal value but actually runs correctly. Can the dealer provide a clear answer if they will do either one of those options, with proper English ?
