Dear Sir:1.We have 48-hour cancellation policy. We could have charged 1 full night but we only charged 30%.2. they said there was signs of bed bugs but we checked there was no bed bugs.3. Average room rate in Estes Park in the summer is around $250. or more. We have lowest...
rate in Estes.4. We do know our room need upgrade and more improvement, but when we do we have to charge more.5. Some of our guest told us they can not afford to pay higher rate and they do enjoy our motel with convenient location and low price.6.
