06/22/To whom it may concern:I understand from your letter that you had a complaint from ** *** who had a scheduled mulch delivery.First I’m not sure who he called but I have never heard the name ***, never received a phone call from this person, nor have we ever scheduled in writing, nor
gave a written estimate, accepted monies from this personWe have never received any messages from this person, and at this point someone that calls the Revdex.com after only seven days is not Someone we want to do any business with.We have a mulch sign offer that has been an advertisement, but the person who reads the sign must call us, accept a written estimate and sign the contract order, and then the person is scheduled for delivery and installation.We eliminate a lot of people who for a number of reasons don’t qualify to be given the service, either because of credit, house location, or bad feeling by the scheduler that they are calling for information and not service.Please find because we have never had a contract verbal, written, or otherwise with this person, and have never received any contact from him or her, we are not inclined to do anything for or against such person.If this person he or she had any contract with us it would have been done in writing, kindly ask him or her to furnish this to validate any contact with our companyOtherwise this person is perhaps mixed up with who he called or didn’t
