We received your letter referencing file # [redacted] After dining in our restaurant twice, regrettably, we have been unable to meet Mr. [redacted] ’s dining expectations. We thank Mr. [redacted] for his comments as we always appreciate and value guest feedback. On both occasions, Mr.... [redacted] did not have to pay for his dining experiences. We are using this guest experience as a training opportunity with our team members as well as management. Any specific disciplinary actions will remain confidential. We understand if Mr. [redacted] does not wish to dine with us in the future, as we have not been able to meet his needs. However, a gift card for a future visit was offered and declined by Mr. [redacted] after his second dining experience. Our invitation to return will remain open. My personal cell phone number was also given to Mr. [redacted] in case he wants or needs further contact. January 10, 2018Complaint: ***To whom it may concern:The complainant dined at our establishment on 12/10/He paid the bill with his credit card however, he tipped his server in cash stating "This Is for you"He later called stating that it was not a tip and that it was meant to pay the

There is no remedy to this dilemma in my assessment and my goal was prevention, training and awareness. I believe all three items have been addressed, leaving me no further issues in this matter. It's unfortunate better training, communications and awareness were not in place prior to our second regrettable experience.
