SBG PROPERTIES recently bought out the previous owners at RAINTREE APTS. & Re-named it TWIN PINES AT WALNUT CREEK. The New Owner immediately added a $25 dollar water fee, a $100 increase in the Apt. RENT & MY WAY OR THE HIGHWAY NON-NEGOTIABLE TERMS on All new leases & Not Honoring All Terms of the Previous Owner's Leases. The Apt. Buildings are over 50 years old, Never Been Properly Maintained over the Years & making them a Human Health Risk over time for Any New/Current Renters. It's an Advertised Illusion by the Current Owner to Fleece Any Prospective New tenants of Their money or Section 8 Voucher Renters. They just RE-Packaged the Same-Old Decay, Mildew, & Crude of This Place for Their-Own Greedy Gain by Any means that Benefits Them ONLY. Save Yourself from Numerous-Regrets, Being-Fleeced, & Any Future-Misery. RUN, Don't Walk Away from TWIN PINES at WALNUT CREEK.
Mr. and myself have gone back and forth with this issue. I have proven allegations to be false but he insists on continual harassment. He has given his written move out notice and it has been accepted. He keeps referring to things promised by the previous owners, which has absolutely nothing to do with current management. We have and will continue to clean this property up to include, but not limited to, complete remodels on each unit before renting. We have also turned this property into a 55+ community and all new residents are extremely satisfied. ANYONE is welcome to come for a tour.
