I am dissatisfied with the proposed resolution as I stay firm that since when the initial roof was installed, if done properly I would not have had to call the company to come out with what seems at least every year since up to current dateOne of their staff members, Randy, even acknowledged that the roof was not done properlyI refuse to pay them another penny for what I strongly believe was due to some degree on negligence on their partI will contact another company to fix where they have failed, with anticipation of some monetary reimbursement from Twin Rivers Roofing

Hello Ms*** We are in receipt of your letter regarding the complaint filed by MrBrian NewmanTwin Rivers Roofing did install a new roof in January of 2011. In June of we returned to inspect for a leak reported on the front left side of the roofAt that time, there was
no shingles missing according to the service ticketIt was thought that wind driven rain had leaked through the ridgeventThe area was caulked to prevent further leaking. In August of 2016, Twin Rivers received a call about leaking in the same area that had been serviced in the pastDue to the wind driven rain, Twin Rivers suggested that we remove the ridgevent and shingle over to prevent the wind from getting up under the vent and stop further leakingWe installed 30' of shingles and 30' of black trim coil to close off the ventThis was done at no cost to the homeowner. Currently, the leak the *** are experiencing is due to wind damage. The shingles have been blown off in multiple areas which is now causing the roof to leak againThis spring and summer storms have been severe in the areaI have inspected the property personally and found that the entire area including the Newman home has missing shingles and damageThis type of damage is not part of our warrantyI have attached pictures of the roof that show the areas I am talking aboutPlease note that the shingles were nailed properly and sealed in accordance with manufacturers specifications. It is my opinion that Twin Rivers has been more than accommodating to our past customer and has even incurred additional costs by removing the ridgeventMy staff has left message after message trying to get in touch with the *** on their home number and called countless times on the cell number given to us. As it stands, Twin Rivers can repair the roof but it does not come under our warrantyI encourage the *** to get in touch with my office to schedule a time for the repairWe can give them an estimate for the repairWe also recommend they contact their insurance company to file a claim for wind damage to their property. Hello Ms. [redacted] We are in receipt of your letter regarding the complaint filed by Mr. [redacted]. Twin Rivers Roofing did install a new roof in January of 2011. In June of 2011 we returned to inspect for a leak reported on the front left side of the roof. At that time, there was no shingles missing according to the service ticket. It was thought that wind driven rain had leaked through the ridgevent. The area was caulked to prevent further leaking. In August of 2016, Twin Rivers received a call about leaking in the same area that had been serviced in the past. Due to the wind driven rain, Twin Rivers suggested that we remove the ridgevent and shingle over to prevent the wind from getting up under the vent and stop further leaking. We installed 30' of shingles and 30' of black trim coil to close off the vent. This was done at no cost to the homeowner. Currently, the leak the [redacted] are experiencing is due to wind damage. The shingles have been blown off in multiple areas which is now causing the roof to leak again. This spring and summer storms have been severe in the area. I have inspected the property personally and found that the entire area including the [redacted] home has missing shingles and damage. This type of damage is not part of our warranty. I have attached pictures of the roof that show the areas I am talking about. Please note that the shingles were nailed properly and sealed in accordance with manufacturers specifications. It is my opinion that Twin Rivers has been more than accommodating to our past customer and has even incurred additional costs by removing the ridgevent. My staff has left message after message trying to get in touch with the [redacted] on their home number and called countless times on the cell number given to us. As it stands, Twin Rivers can repair the roof but it does not come under our warranty. I encourage the [redacted] to get in touch with my office to schedule a time for the repair. We can give them an estimate for the repair. We also recommend they contact their insurance company to file a claim for wind damage to their property.  Regards, Jacqueline F[redacted]Office ManagerTwin Rivers Roofing

I have received a response from Twin Rivers Roofing who alleged the roof is leaking due to missing shingles from wind or storm damage.  I feel they are still liable for repair as since they initially applied the roofing material, they have had to return to the residence almost every year...

to make a correction.  [redacted], a technician, came to inspect and perform repairs in the past and even acknowledged the roofing work had not been done properly.  Therefore, if the roofing materials had been properly applied, we still would not be experiencing these problems.  I want them to fix what they botched up from the beginning.
