I purchased an electric fireplace from a retail store, after I got it all put together I noticed the top was warped. I called their customer service phone number and was told they would be in touch within 24 hrs. I did not hear from them so I contacted them again and they wanted pictures and invoice attached to their email but I could not figure how to attach to their email so I send them direct from my album but that was not acceptable.After several tries I gave up and and going to try to go back on the retailer.
