Twin Tiers Eye Care Associates, P.C.

Had an eye exam by a doctor at Twin Tiers Eye Care of Elmira, NY on April 2, 2014. I am not planning on purchasing glasses from their optometry shop. Knowing this, they refused to provide a Pupillary Distance (PD) which would allow me to purchase glasses at another shop or online. They indicated they would only provide the (PD) if purchasing glasses from their shop. Although my previous glasses were purchased from their shop, they refuse to even provide the measurement taken for those glasses. Additionally, they refuse to schedule another appointment with a doctor to perform the measurement since it was not performed during the April 2 visit. Unfortunately, I have an incomplete prescription which is useless for lenses without the Pupillary Distance.
