We are in receipt of the customer's additional complaint referenced aboveThank you forbringing this matter to our attention.We found his initial concerns to be valid and his request for replacement to be quite reasonable.On 12/28/16, we provided a replacement frame and lenses at no costDespite our best efforts, he seems tofind his new frame uncomfortable and his new lenses seem to not meet his needs.He is now requesting a refundWe will issue a refund, but we do ask that he obtain serviceselsewhere in the future, since we can't seem to make him happy, despite our best efforts

[redacted] presented for a free consultation on March with our Patient Education consultant, Monique C***After meeting with DrAbou N***, DDS, MS it was determined that [redacted] was a candidate for dental implants, [redacted] accepted the treatment presented and decided to move forwardA records appointment was scheduled as the next step for April 4, [redacted] asked about financing options and ultimately applied for financing with Lendlng Club, which he was approved for[redacted] completed his records appointment on April 4, and was made aware In order to schedule his surgery payment would be needed, [redacted] opted to use 100% of his available credit from Lendling ClubIn order to schedule a surgery date of May 9, 2016, [redacted] signed the loan documents stating that days from his acceptance his first payment would be due [redacted] reached out to our office indicated he needed to reschedule hls surgery due to a conflict in his scheduleHe scheduled at that time for May 11thHIs assistant called on May 10th to reschedule the May 10th date to September 14thHe rescheduled more time after that for September 21st.He then reached out to Monique C [redacted] indlcating he was getting past due calls from [redacted] regarding his nonpaymentHe indicated at this time he wanted to cancel everythingAs a customer service gesture Monique asked to call [redacted] with some possible solutions that would allow him to still keep his surgery date and make minimal payments on his loan in the meantime[redacted] was not reachable after that last conversation Several messages were left by Monique as well as the office Manager Jennifer H [redacted] Monique processed a request for a refund less $1,for the records appointment which was completed on April 4th[redacted] called the office around June 20th indicating he was still getting past due payment calls for the $1,000, Monique explained to him that $1,was billed for the completed records appointment (impressions, X-Ray, oral evaluation, building of crowns, etc.), [redacted] refused the charge and quickly got off the phoneDue to the sequence of events DrEsam [redacted] N [redacted] agreed to refund [redacted] In full for all services and time [redacted] had completed with ClearChoice.If you should need any further information please feel free to contact me at ###-###-#### or at [redacted] @clearchoice.com

Good afternoon All -Please be advised that [redacted] and I have resolved the issues between us - issues that caused me to initiate the original complaint.I have received and deposited the refund check that he provided I have attached a copy of that check.Also attached are copies of the final Agreement that terminates the original contract as well as the backup documentation that led up to the resolution ***, as you can see from the documentation, agreed to provide a defined warranty for the work that he had completed.Also - pleased be advised that during our last conversation [redacted] had apologized to me for walking off the project last November and told me that he realized that he should have contacted me to resolve the issues.I am, at this point in time, satisfied with the resolution.Please contact me if you require any additional information From my standpoint - the matter is now closed I wanted to thank all involved for their assistance[redacted]

I'll try to have thee fixed this day. but the frames still do not fit me correctly. they still are unable to be placed on my nose correctly without pain, as well, the stems are excruciatingly painful when worn more then a few minutes. the frames, to me, feel totally out of alignment on my face. at this point it appears to me twin tiers cannot, or will not, for whatever the reason, be able to offer me a comfortable, wearable pair of eyeglasses.Hence i'm changing my complaint to include a full refund, previously, was stems only. my former lenses, 3 years old, offer me crystal clear vision. the recent lenses procured from tiwn tiers, offer me a cloudy vision that simply does not go away.Regards,[redacted]

We are in receipt of the customer complaint referenced above. He wanted a refund for his frame,which seemed to not work well for him- perhaps because of how he wears his glasses (a little lower onhis nose than others do) or perhaps because they were simply defective in some way. Thank you...

Because that frame is different from the original frame, the lenses could not be simply transferred to the new frame. In order to meet his needs, we re-madehis lenses as well and fit them to the new frame - also at no charge.My understanding is that this gentleman is now satisfied with his glasses, and the matter isresolved.
