shampooed the carpet a few days earlier. Thomas believes the moisture on the windows is being caused by the moisture in the home. There is nothing wrong with the installation of the windows themselves.
The business has followed [redacted] Windows warranty procedure. [redacted] is suppose to contact the consumer to determine if there is a defect. If in fact there is a defect, [redacted] will contact the installer (the business) and they will then go back if necessary.

The problem has not been resolved and yes the carpet was wet the day that he came, but the rest of the house is hardwood floors those windows have moisture and also the windows had moisture before I shampooed them so yes there is something wrong with the windows he just refuses to fix them and also promised me that a rep from [redacted] windows would be out to look a them but it's been over. Month this is ridiculous do I need to get a lawyer or what do I need to do thank youRegards,[redacted]
