Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:i came into the place several times trying to cancel my accountI filled out the sheet and responded to any textsI have the texts to prove it? To Revdex.com;Mr *** signed up under the year agreement He was declined times and did not respond to any phone calls or text messages in reference to his accountIn order to cancel the student agreement, we require days advance notice and $cancellation fee Mr *** did not pay
$cancellation As you can see, we give our students plenty of time to cancel before being sent to collections days for declined funds is more than fair amount of time to settle the account We also have military and medical excuses to get out of the agreement Mr *** did not furnish any type of documents to cancel his membership Once sent to collections, the account is no longer in our hands and he would have to settle with the collections company.Respectfully,*** ***-***-***

Like I said I'm not paying 900 dollars and I went to three sessions. You can either settle for the 200 or peace out. I cancelled my card because you kept charging me monthly fees and not canceling My account.  I expected you to cancel account and take cancel fees but y'all got greedy.

To Revdex.com;Mr [redacted] signed up under the year agreement.  He was declined 3 times and did not respond to any phone calls or text messages in reference to his account. In order to cancel the student agreement, we require 30 days advance notice and $200 cancellation fee.  Mr [redacted] did not pay...

$200 cancellation.  As you can see, we give our students plenty of time to cancel before being sent to collections.  90 days for declined funds is more than fair amount of time to settle the account.  We also have military and medical excuses to get out of the agreement.  Mr [redacted] did not furnish any type of documents to cancel his membership.  Once sent to collections, the account is no longer in our hands and he would have to settle with the collections company.Respectfully,[redacted]
