I am rejecting this response because: The item has been delivered and I am requesting that Amazon and/or Musicimmediately provide a shipping label so I can return this item and get the refundMusichas requested I pay for return shipping and that is not acceptable to me right nowI am asking that Musicprovide a shipping label or coordinate with Amazon to do so. This was an accidental order or possibly a result of malware, I was unaware that a "1-click" order was triggeredI tried to cancel the order both before, and during transit of shippingI was unsuccessful and because of not planning on actually buying this item which I have no use for at this time, my bank account was over-draftedI work all day and was not able to stay home and "refuse delivery", like suggestedBecause my bank account was over-drafted with fees and a 250+ dollar purchase, paying for shipping this large item back to Amazon is not an optionI would like a refund immediately and need to ship it to do so.I've been told by one rep it was an accidental click order and I was eligible for an Amazon A-Z guarantee and by another rep that I would have to call my bank and have them issue the credit...I had already told my bank Amazon's seller was handling this orderAlthough I wanted it cancelled before arrival for a prompt refund, the packages have now arrived and at this point I am fine shipping it back with a free label so I can move on from this. Please provide a free Express shipping label so I can return the item as quickly as possible, get my refund, and move onI will gladly forget about this experience and mark it as resolved once I can receive a quick refund.Sent from my iPhone

Music123 provides a 45 day satisfaction guarantee for all of our products. Once received,  your refund will be promptly processed upon successful evaluation of your returned item from our trained category professionals. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges. If you received Free Shipping on your order, the value of the uncharged shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, customers who return an item for remorse reasons are responsible for covering the return shipping cost through the carrier of their choosing. Since you refused the packages, you avoided return shipping fees from UPS and Music123 will be billed to cover the charges.
