Review: I placed an order on this company's website on 3/05/2015 and received an order confirmation almost immediately (Order #10[redacted]37) indicating they would send me another email once my order had shipped. After 1 week and not receiving an email regarding my order being shipped, I tried to locate a phone number for the company and could not. I then emailed the company to inquire as to when my order would be shipped. By the end of the day I had received an email advising my order had finally shipped, but did not receive a reply to my email regarding providing a customer service phone number. On March 16, 2015, I finally received my order, but 2 of the 3 items did not fit. I immediately emailed the company again, but again did not receive a response. The very next day, March 17, 2015, I shipped the 2 items back to the company requesting an exchange for the next size up and requested they expedite the items to me. I shipped these items by USPS 2 day priority mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. On Thursday, March 19, 2015 I received confirmation that the company received my return. Since that date I have emailed this company twice, as of today, requesting status of my exchange & when I can expect it to be shipped, but still have not received any response. Today I contacted 800 directory assistance and they were not able to locate a phone number for this company. I then contacted directory assistance for Simi Valley, CA, and they provided phone number ###-###-####, however this is not a valid number as each time it is called I receive a fast busy signal. I tried calling this number from a different phone and received a message that the call could not be completed as dialed. This company was recommended to me and I am very upset that they do not have better customer service!Desired Settlement: I would really like to have the exchanged items shipped to me by overnight mail so that I can receive them before we go on vacation in 2 weeks, but if the exchanged items still do not fit, it concerns me that I would have to send them back again for another exchange and go through this again. If the company cannot immediately ship my items to me by overnight mail and provide me with a phone number to contact them, then I expect them to refund my money, included shipping, immediately!
