Dear Dispute Resolutions Specialist,Here is the situation (as far as I know) about a complaint from one of our customers on 2/7/2017.I The customer purchased a tiara from us at "AS IS", not just at a discounted priceThe price tag says regular price and crossed with "X" and says discounted price and also says "AS IS"When our eahier sells any "AS IS" item, our miller tells the customer that is an "AS IS" item and the sale is final on that itemWe never had any problems or arguments with our customers regarding returns on "AS IS" items in the pastBecause once customer realizes that the item is "AS IS", customer usually knows already there won't be any returnsThat was the reason we did not mention anything about "AS IS" item on our return policyWhen my cashier came to my office on 2/7/and explained what happened with the customer, I realized that our return policy did not say about "AS IS" itemsAnd told my cashier that once our return policy does not say it we can take her returnBut my cashier told me "No, she already left the store"If the customer still wants to return the item to us, we will happily take the return this timePlease tell the customer that she needs to bring the item back to us along with the receipt and the price tag on it in order to get a full refund or exchange within days from the receipt date.And also we will tix our return policy right away to avoid this kind of misunderstanding between the customers and our store.Thank you, [redacted] ***owner
