Totally unresponsive after the fee was paid. Neither him nor his staff responded to emails or requests for calls to answer questions. Family is struggling to manage two elderly parents, one in long term care and the other moving into an ALF. The structure recommended by Michael Murphy raises a number of questions and no one from the firm will respond.
I have been going to this business for over 10 years. Not a problem. It is good doing business with them. I will keep come back. I hope they stay in business for ever.
