Good afternoon,
I entered into a contract with Langley Concrete on 5/5/to pour a new driveway at my residenceI paid Langley Concrete on 5/5/(50% down, $2,986) to move forward with the contractI was told I was on their schedule for the following weekLangley dug out my driveway out on 5/13/and has not voluntarily communicated with me sinceThe contract states the driveway would be completed within days from the start of constructionI have had to call him every week asking when he is going to show up to finish the workEvery time Langley has responded he states he will be out the THAT week, yet still no shows nor does he callI have asked on multiple occasions what specific date he will be out, and Langley states he will not give me a date
I have provided Langley written notification of my complaints and concernsI had a contractor who bid the job prior to Langley state that the work that was completed at my residence was $500, as evidenced by the seconda

Contract signed with Langley Concrete L.L.C on 5/24/for a stamped concrete patio to be poured in our backyardThe contract specified that there would be a 1-year warranty for cracksThe concrete was poured on June 25thUnfortunately, significant cracks were noted the following dayThe concrete is wavy with high and low spots; it wasn’t knee boardedBecause the concrete flashed early, it’s not sealed all the wayWe were told that gravel would be put down, but there was only rebarLangley used wooden steaks instead of steel, so the forms pushed outThe joint in the concrete was free handed and went in too late, causing it to be very crooked
Multiple communication attempts made with Langley Concrete including pictures of the concreteHe instructed us that “this was a first” and tried to blame the outcome on the color supplierWe gave him time to contact the color supplier, but when we never heard back we reached out againHe asked how he could “satisfy the situation.”
