THE ORGANIZATION REQUIRED A DEPOSIT FOR A JOB THAT THEY NEVER ATTEMPTED, WHEN REFUND WAS REQUESTED, ON 9/WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE RETURNED, NEVER WAS DECEPTIVE AND MISLEADING BUSINESS PRACTICES, THIS ASSOCIATION BEGAN ON 7/7/WHEN I USED THE SERVICES OF [redacted] I HAD SOME DRYWALL CRACKS REPAIRED AND REPAINT IN THE KITCHEN I THEN ASKED IF THE COMPANY COULD STRETCH CARPET THEY SAID YES AS WELL AS REPLACE SOME TILE IF I WANTED AT THE ENTRY IN THE LIVING ROOMI AGREED TO THE CARPET STRETCHING THE ORGANIZATION REQUIRED A DEPOSIT OF 100.00, TO STRETCH THE CARPET THE COST WAS TO BE I PAID I ADVISED TO THE OWNERS THAT I DID TRAVEL AND TOLD THEM WHEN I WOULD RETURN WHICH WAS 9/I CONTACTED TWINS ON 9/I WAS TOLD BY THE WIFE THAT HER SPOUSE WOULD RETURN ON 9/23, I WAITED AND RECEIVED NO CALL, EMAIL OR TEXT WAS RECEIVEDTHEREFORE, I CONTACTED MEMPHIS CARPET REPAIR TO COMPLETE THE WORK AND INFORMED TWINS OF THIS AT WHICH TIME THE WIFE SAID WE CAN BE THERE SUN

In spite of the quote given on Internet they will find a way to double it, even though you give specific details of job neededMake sure that you get specifics from them they stated could do the job in days which was one of my requirements but instead took weekDay they started was told they take a check as payment then insist on cash half when to start, then left for several hoursWhen returned said they had to go get supplies to do the job & "I supplied the paint." They don't know about formula of paint, so don't ask!! My ceiling they convinced my to go ahead & paint is way too DARK but the cost of it & labor I couldn't afford to redo itThe day they finished it was to dark & hot to stay, I had been there hours while they left & came back & was way ready to leave, was cloudy out the lighting was bad, so proper time not taken to look for the flawsThey got over spray paint plus hand brushed paint on my CABINETS, BLINDS, etcalso missed several spots & places not smoothI called, texted & sent message thru the website Thumbtack where I found for weeks, but they are not communicating back to follow up with me to fix the issued & touch up paint these areasSo I will have not choice but to hire & pay someone to do this for me, which is a problemMy advise is not to hire them if you want a professional job done!!!

we hired this company once before to paint a brick wall for us, but noticed that they never came at the times that they were supposed to show upthey completed the paint job, and I asked for a quote to build a buibook case in our bedroomThey gave me the quote for the bookcase
Called this company out again about the built in bookcaseThey showed up to get the deposit for the bookcase-(1/21/16), because as stated by them, half of the payment needed to be paid before they could start the workThey quoted us one quote earlier, but the day that they came to pickup the deposit, it was two hundred and fifty dollars more than the previous quoteWe agreed, and the deposit was paidThey were to start-( 1/23/17), but did not show up or callThe next day, they did not show upWednesday they did not show upWednesday evening I called the company which they did not answer my callThey called me that night and stated that they had re
