Twisted Chef took my money and has yet to send my order out It has been seven weeks All they do is reply to my emails saying they are working on it and to please wait

I recently purchased a set of Damascus steel chef knives (Order confirmation for order #***) and, in spite of making a payment in early January, I waited months for the order to finally arriveTwisted Chef took payment and then did nothingThey kept my money and simply did nothingThey didn't ship the product and didn't communicate to let me know when / if I would receive the order When asked why I hadn't received my order after and months, they simply said it would be shipped "soon"Well, clearly, their definition of soon and the rest of the world's view doesn't matchSoon is not 'an indefinite delay' but they were happy to hang on to my money and offer NOTHING in exchange for the major inconvenience I would HIGHLY caution dealing with this companyIf they make a mistake, they will not address it, acknowledge it or do anything to make up for any inconvenience that THEY causeThey are not trustworthy and are not organizedIf they lose your order, I wouldn't be surprised if they just pretended that you never paid them in the first place They care nothing for customer service and just want your moneyThey want short term gains and would happily sacrifice you as a customer, as long as it meant a short term gain for them ***

Ordered an ítem on June 6th and there is no shipment by July 8th. Costumer support contacted through e-mail refuses to process a refund after requesting it three times.

Twisted Chef took payment and then did nothing. They kept my money and simply did nothing. They didn't ship the product and didn't communicate to let me know when / if I would receive the order.

When asked why I hadn't received my order after 2 and 3 months, they simply said it would be shipped "soon". Well, clearly, their definition of soon and the rest of the world's view doesn't match. Soon is not 'an indefinite delay' but they were happy to hang on to my money and offer NOTHING in exchange for the major inconvenience.

I would HIGHLY caution dealing with this company. If they make a mistake, they will not address it, acknowledge it or do anything to make up for any inconvenience that THEY cause. They are not trustworthy and are not organized. If they lose your order, I wouldn't be surprised if they just pretended that you never paid them in the first place.

They care nothing for customer service and just want your money. They want short term gains and would happily sacrifice you as a customer, as long as it meant a short term gain for them.
