Nothing has been resolved yet in my case with KaiserAs of 12/20/I haven't received my $refund check as promised by [redacted] Also I keep getting the past due bills of $and $with the threat of sending them to collection if I don't pay.I am asking Kaiser to clear my past bills and submit them to their malpractice insurance or write them off as they were the cause of my trips to the ER and urgent care to begin with[redacted] -***-***

The health plan is in reciept of complait We will waive/pay the $ This will be completed in days or less

As of 10/21/Kaiser has not offered to resolve my complaints via phone,mail, or emailSoon after I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, the Kaiser lady did contact me via phone telling me they have days to investigate my complaints, but I have not heard anything sinceI am asking the Revdex.com to keep this complaint open and my complaints unresolved

[I got a call from a person in Kaiser PermenanteThis person left a voice mail on TuesdayI called this person on Thursday and left a voice mailI never got a call backThey sent me out a letter regarding this issues and they said that they will reembress only partial of this charges which might be $in the next few weekThere was no time fram or specific date to reembress these chargesJust to let you know that these charges were covered by the medical program of San Diegokaiser Permenante already got paid through Medical so they overcharged me for that amount from February until today's dateThey never reembress any charges that happened from October until February They are just lying and not declaring the truth about these chargesThey never solve the real issues.]

According to our health plan records, the credit was issued on March 14, 2017. In order to assist the member, our representative obtained the banking credit reference number and outreached to the member's credit card company (***) to help assist the member further. Our representative spoke with manager at *** and provided the pertinent details for *** to research and address the status of the credit with the member directly. Please let me know if we can assist further. Thank you,

Nothing has been resolved yet in my case with Kaiser. As of 12/20/16 I haven't received my $116 refund check as promised by [redacted].  Also I keep getting the 2 past due bills of $96 and $818 with the threat of sending them to collection if I don't pay.I am asking Kaiser to clear my past 2 bills and submit them to their malpractice insurance or write them off as they were the cause of my trips to the ER and urgent care to begin with.[redacted]

We worked directly with our patient, she received her refund and is satisfied with the resolution of her concern.  Thank you.

Details of complaint:- Complaint filed by member to Revdex.com in May 2015- Health Plan received in June 2015 and closed on Aug 5, 2015- Letter was sent to the member with the outcome of the case- Health Plan approved the reimbursement and mailed check to the member at end of August - We failed to update the Revdex.com website with the outcome, so it was left unanswered in error.

Second response from Kaiser Permanente regarding the case for [redacted].  We are working directly with Mr. [redacted] to resolve his concerns.  Case was closed by KP 08/04/2015, resolution letter was mailed to Mr [redacted]. Thank you.

The health plan is in reciept of complait.  We will waive/pay the $15.  This will be completed in 30 days or less.

Hello [redacted], I was able to speak with Mr. [redacted] today and he let me know that his issue was fully resolved by our Member Services department.   Thank you!

Kaiser Permanente received this complaint in June 2015. Since that time we have been working directly with Mr. [redacted] to resolve his concerns via our complaint/grievance process. Thank you.

A person from Kaiser called [redacted] contact me via phone and email and she said she is addressing my problem and she will get back to me later. I tried to contact [redacted] several time and sent her an email and never heard from her back even after almost 10 days of emailing her she never even acknowledge receiving my email. The problem with Kaiser billing still occurring and no refunds was issued to me until now.
