I have been a Certified Great Lengths Hair Stylist since I offered [redacted] new extensions because we did not know what had happened to her extensions and she agreed [redacted] then decided that she did not want to take me up on my offerEverything else I stated in my last response is my truth.Thank you

Angie is not telling the truthShe is saying that I didn't go to certified great lengths certified salon and I did (*** *** Salon, and all the stylists who looked at my hair are Great Lengths certifiedThe manager and several other great length certified stylists were horrified at the application of my extensions and agreed that my extensions were applied incorrectly and were damaging my hairI NOT have my air colored or cut at anytime after Angie put my extensions in. I DID bring all the extensions that fell out of my hair in a ziplock bag in my purse, I tried to show Angie several times and she said she didn't need to see them (I still have them)4.I left your salon because you literally said my only option was to buy more hair from you and you had another appointmentMost recently I had the extensions completely removed by a certified great lengths stylist (*** *** Salon) and a ton of my hair is damaged because of Angle's poor applicationAngie applied huge chunks of fake hair to my real hair and the weight was too much which caused the extensions to fall out and also pull out my real hairThe stilts who say me in October and the other ones who saw me in November are more than happy to write letters saying Angie incorrectly applied my extensions and because of that over half fell out and my hair is now damagedI paid almost $1,(Im including the $tip I gave angie) for extensions that were supposed to last 3-months and mine lasted less than weeksI have documented all this in pictures and messages that I sent Angie along the way

Response to complaint: [redacted] received Great Lengths Hair Extensions on 10/10/2016 for the amount of $1,400.00. When [redacted] left that day she was very happy with the hair extensions. Two weeks later she private instagrammed me and told me that I had given her permed extensions and wanted me...

to call Great Lengths to get her money back. There is no way these extensions were permed. I have put permed extensions in clients hair and know what they look like. The extensions I put in [redacted]'s hair were not permed. She sent a photo of her hair. I asked her to come in the salon and let me look at the extensions. She did not come in at that time to let me look at the extensions. A week later she called the salon again and said that she had gone to a stylist in cleveland to get a blowout. The stylist, who is not Great Lengths certified, told [redacted] that the hair was bad. She asked again for us to call Great Lengths and get her money back. I asked her again to come into the salon so I could look at the extensions. [redacted] finally came into the salon on 11/8/2016 for me to look at her extensions.  [redacted]'s hair was 3 shades lighter from the original color I had given her and it looked like she had gotten a haircut. She did not bring in the extension pieces that had fallen out. We talked about what could have happened to the extensions and she denied getting anything done by other stylists. I could not figure out what had happened to her extensions. She needed her roots touched up, so I colored her roots and gave her a gloss on the ends of the extensions. After 15 minute under the dryer she told me she had a fever and a sinus infection and needed to leave. I washed her hair and she left wet. We didn't get a chance to finish the conversation about what the plan was for the extensions. Later that evening, I had my receptionist call her and tell her that I would give her a new set of extensions. That I didn't know what had happened to her extensions and that I wanted her to love her hair. [redacted] agreed with that decision to let me put in new extensions for free. The next day she private instagrammed me and said that her hair was cherry red and did not trust me doing her hair. She wanted me to refund her half the $1,400.00. I told her again that I would give her a free set of extensions but would not refund her money. That was the last time we interacted. The offer for the free set of extensions is not an option anymore. AttachmentsIst picture: [redacted]'s hair after extensions2nd picture: The photo [redacted] sent the salon, saying her hair was permed extensions3rd picture: What [redacted]s hair looked like when she came into salon on 11/8/2016

I have been a Certified Great Lengths Hair Stylist since 2003. I offered [redacted] new extensions because we did not know what had happened to her extensions and she agreed. [redacted] then decided that she did not want to take me up on my offer. Everything else I stated in my last response is my truth.Thank you.
